Quito, 25 October 2024.-Mundo Motriz, with over 15 years of experience in the automotive sector, announces the expansion of its business model and the integration of artificial intelligence into its services. The company aims to increase its national market share in repairs from 11% to 31% over the next five years, driven by a strategy of sustainable investments and a strong customer focus. This initiative will contribute to the country's economic growth through the creation of new job opportunities and the transformation of the automotive industry in Ecuador.
Founded in 2008 as the first collision center for Seguros Equinoccial and backed by Grupo Futuro, one of the country's most influential holdings, Mundo Motriz has developed a solid track record in vehicle repair and claims management. As part of its expansion strategy, the company will increase its service centers from two to six, opening new branches in Guayaquil, Cuenca, and Ambato.
At the launch event, Marcelo Gárate, CEO of Mundo Motriz, highlighted, “We are proud to be the first company in the sector to integrate artificial intelligence into our parts sales service. This will allow users to access personalized recommendations based on their specific needs, optimize product searches through an intuitive system, and receive real-time assistance to resolve questions and improve their shopping experience. Additionally, this tool will streamline inventory management, ensuring availability and reducing wait times, resulting in faster and more efficient service.”
The event gathered clients, special guests, and strategic partners, featuring the presentation of the three finalists of the Eco-Art contest, an initiative aimed at emerging artists and art students. This contest, which is part of Mundo Motriz and Grupo Futuro's commitment to sustainability, seeks to encourage artistic talent in Ecuador and promote the use of sustainable materials in art creations. The winning work will be selected in the coming months.
Juan Carlos Berrú, Executive President of Grupo Futuro, emphasized that "Mundo Motriz is a clear example of how quality, innovation, and consistent commitment can turn a company into a market leader. This expansion is not only a business milestone but an opportunity to continue growing responsibly and actively contribute to Ecuador's economic and social development."
With this evolution, Mundo Motriz reaffirms its leadership in the automotive industry with an innovative value proposition that meets market needs, always with the quality guarantee that has become its hallmark.
